A Great New Year's.

Although I am not quite a party person the best venue for me is getting together with my best friends and sharing a memorable moment just like the one you can see in the picture which was taken last year for New Year’s Eve at my place and it was even more especial because I had as a guest my best friend from life who lives down south and travelled all the way to Santiago to spend the celebrations with us.

That day we “all mixed forces” and brought different ingredients so we all cooked a very special meal: we ate a sort of Indian rice, I cooked meat and “choripanes” and the rest made their best with different salads even creating new dishes like salad with green leaves and different fruit and another very nice and lovely salad made up with orangers, parsley and garlic which was just reaaaallly delicious.

That same day, my friend who I mentioned above, was not consuming alcohol so that was a bit of a drawback because I had managed to get the best wine I could afford but in turn we managed to make a very special and nutritious fruit juice for her so in the end it was all alright.

After our dinner-party we went out to this very underground party down in Carmen Street very near my place and we met lots of people and enjoyed ourselves greatly and each one doing their favourite activity so we were dancing, chatting, and needless say, at least one of us flirting a bit (LOL).

In the end and after several hours of great fun we decided to call it a night (LOL) and ended up coming back home hours after sunrise i.e. at around 9 am, but as you may know New Year’s Party is always something special and one can allow oneself to make some disarrangements because once a year is no pain (una vez al año no hace daño).
